After understanding your site and location, we provide the necessary specifications, and our local partner handles the design and execution of the installation. In case we do not have a local partner in your state, we work with your local low side contractor and other contractors to ensure a seamless installation.

The Ambiator comes with a control panel to save energy when the outside temperatures are low. Our smart IoT controller provides remote monitoring, control and reporting via an app and web browser. Through the Ambiator app, you can: control the on-off settings and set the temperature continuously monitor the health of the Ambiator schedule the preventative maintenance cycle communicate with your installer and then us, the manufacturer, in case the app reports an issue identify issues before any serious damage occurs to your machine track your energy consumption and environmental impact

The Ambiator is equipped with an automatic preventive maintenance cycle that runs weekly. Our IOT system monitors the filter status and sends notifications through the app if it detects any blockage. For optimal cooling, we recommend washing, drying and reinserting the air filter placed every 2 months. In high-construction areas, replacing the filters every 6 months is advised.

In case you require any technical support, we work to resolve your issue quickly. We also provide a free and comprehensive service and maintenance contract for the first year.

We provide free warranty on the Ambiator for 1 year. From year 2, we provide a comprehensive AMC at 10% of the equipment value.
